A delicious and cozy culinary getaway! The dreamy food and atmosphere make for a sultry experience. I'm inclined to be a regular!
The space is beautiful, intimate and elegant. The food was so good we ended up having one of everything on the menu. Every dish was clearly "made with love" and it came through in the flavors. Will be going again really soon

Recently stumbled upon this place exploring downtown Miami and all I can say is.....WOW! I'm an NYC foodie and can say with certainty that this cook knows what he's doing in the kitchen! Just as important though, is the restaurant's focus on using only the best ingredients be it fish, meat or veggies and that's easy to tell with your first bite. Give them a try.....you won't be disappointed!
LOVED everything about my experience at Alloy Bistro. Food was outstanding & service excellent! I can't wait to go back to try new menu items.
I could die after tasting the marinated pineapple. I just loved the food and the music. I felt like having a dinner in a house in front of the Mediterranean Sea
