Mixed, but good. I am guessing this is a family owned business. And like any other family business, you will have second generation that are vested and others that are not. One of the brothers was very helpful and friendly, the other was irratable, bitter, and anything than happy to help us. We found good products at a fantastic price. Overall, a good outfit IMHO.
Customer Service Not very happy about the customer service. It's taken forever for Allmans to correct a mistake that was made by them. I'm Ok with the mistake I know that mistakes happen it's the correcting the mistake that I am upset with.
Very Proffesional The staff is very willing to help, I felt like it's a first class establishment. Very family oriented and very proffesional. I really enjoy doing business with these guys, they are very willing to help with any questions you might have and they know exactly the kind of products they have! I rate this 5 stars!!!
Allman's Carpet is... These guys are great. They will give you the best deal in town. They've been in business for 60+ years. Family owned. And..... they're funny. The 86 year old owner still goes in to work EVERY day, but Sunday.
Flooring & Carpet They have a large selection & decent prices. They can also get the carpet installed for you. The staff is knowlegable about the different pros & cons of different types of carpet and brands. They take time with you to explain advantages and disadvantages.
