Allison is really just an amazing person! she sold my house in 1 day and closed the deal less than a month. I was searching for a realtor a year ago in Las Vegas. I sent few emails out to some realtors on yelp. she is only one who is being persistent and update me with the market every quarter. She didn't hard sell or pressure me to sign anything. Allison is the real deal. She knows the Las Vegas real estate. She’s the one you need to use if you want to buy a condo in the high speed frenzied Las Vegas market. To be honest I feel she pulled a miracle getting this condo for me because I felt there were so much obstacles in front of me. Particularly, I was an out of state buyer who also didn’t have all-cash to pay for these condos. Allison is an excellent and superb real estate professional. Not only she provided the outstanding service to us but she always stayed one step ahead of us to offer the solutions. We are new to the area and the real estate rules and regulations are quite different from what we are accustomed to. She guided us through the process and delivered the answers to many questions we had. Her communication skill was fantastic, quick and precise. She is indeed above-and-beyond the expectations.

Ok... Where should we being... We were referred to Allison through my fiancé manager, and what could I say, Allison is hands down the real MVP!! I moved to Vegas! And I love Allison. She wasn't a referral or anyone we had heard of. I legit found her on Instagram. My husband and I both agreed we didn't want to break up with a friend's friend as our first step in our new town. So I typed in some random Vegas realtor hashtags and found this gem. I firmly believe that you need to have absolute trust and confidence in your realtor, whether you’re selling or buying a home, because it’s the biggest purchase, or sale, that you’ll ever make. Allison and her team were absolute rock stars. She knew the market extremely well and created a well designed strategy for pricing the home. We got seven offers in one day and the house sold for 20k over asking. In addition to her expertise in the market she and her team were extremely thorough and organized. Buying a house can be very hectic and because of her organization it really took a lot of stress off of me. I can’t recommend Allison and her team enough. Five stars all the way.
