Dr. Chappell and her staff are wonderful! They are both personable and professional, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Dr. Chappell truly takes the time to listen to her patients, thoughtfully addressing concerns and working with you to develop the best healthcare plan. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about your well-being. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chappell is absolutely top notch. She takes the time to listen to me and is so fun and easy to talk to. Visits with her are so helpful and I always leave feeling at least one step closer to a solution to my issue, whatever it might be. An absolutely wonderful medical practitioner. And Nurse Jessica is absolutely KILLING it. Please do not utilize the phone as a device to reach anyone at this location. They must be terribly understaffed as numerous phone calls to every phone option they have will never yield an actual person. The sad thing is they think that is alright. You can leave your information and perhaps in a day or so you might get a call back. No idea if they even take walk ins as I'm trying to make this location my primary care location. Don’t expect to get caring service from her or her incompetent staff. Had an issue and 3 of her staff treated me like I had just walked off the street. Very unprofessional. When I had appointment w her to change a medication she wrote in my portal nothing about changing my meds, but only about how wonderful her staff was. Not exactly sure what that situation had to do with me medically, but that is obviously who she is as a medical professional.
