Dr Chappell keeps me honest about my role in care. (Diet and exercise). I think she’s a very competent primary care physician.
Echoing all of the other reviews to say Dr. Chappell is truly amazing in all ways as a physician. She listens, she cares, and she supports all aspects of her patients' health. Her staff is awesome as well--always friendly and efficient. I've had my fair share of bad experiences in the healthcare world after being through multiple illnesses and conditions that were difficult to diagnose, but I feel completely comfortable and well cared for at Dr. Chappell's office.
Dr. Chappell and her staff are wonderful! They are both personable and professional, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Dr. Chappell truly takes the time to listen to her patients, thoughtfully addressing concerns and working with you to develop the best healthcare plan. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about your well-being. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chappell is absolutely top notch. She takes the time to listen to me and is so fun and easy to talk to. Visits with her are so helpful and I always leave feeling at least one step closer to a solution to my issue, whatever it might be. An absolutely wonderful medical practitioner. And Nurse Jessica is absolutely KILLING it. Please do not utilize the phone as a device to reach anyone at this location. They must be terribly understaffed as numerous phone calls to every phone option they have will never yield an actual person. The sad thing is they think that is alright. You can leave your information and perhaps in a day or so you might get a call back. No idea if they even take walk ins as I'm trying to make this location my primary care location.
