Please do not utilize the phone as a device to reach anyone at this location. They must be terribly understaffed as numerous phone calls to every phone option they have will never yield an actual person. The sad thing is they think that is alright. You can leave your information and perhaps in a day or so you might get a call back. No idea if they even take walk ins as I'm trying to make this location my primary care location. Don’t expect to get caring service from her or her incompetent staff. Had an issue and 3 of her staff treated me like I had just walked off the street. Very unprofessional. When I had appointment w her to change a medication she wrote in my portal nothing about changing my meds, but only about how wonderful her staff was. Not exactly sure what that situation had to do with me medically, but that is obviously who she is as a medical professional.
Great doctor, pays attention to the details and listen to concerns and then developed a great action plan achieve my health goals. I would recommend her to friends and family
Dr. Chappell is one of the best doctors I’ve ever known. ( And I’m 70 ). She asks for your input and she really listens to you. She’s sharp and knowledgeable. She does not over-prescribe either. Too bad she can’t be cloned! ( just kidding ) I think she’s wonderful and I’m so glad she’s my doctor! Also, the staff is efficient and very friendly!
