The staff and Allison herself were absolutely amazing. Brought my dog in for a nueter and they treated him like he was one of their own. I will be switching all 3 of my dogs to Allison animal care from now on!

Dr. Allison and her team are amazing - they took excellent care of my dogs and recommended the necessary shots, but didn't try and upsell anything that my dogs didn't need. They are very honest and reasonably priced! Will definitely be returning and recommending you to all my friends.
Absolutely the best veterinarian and staff in Savannah. Allison and her team have treated my pet like family. I feel like they truly care about my dog and want to do what is best for her. My dog was just diagnosed with high grade lymphoma, and Allison has made every effort to work with my family to get our dog the best and most appropriate care. I've been in Savannah for 12 years now. Been to a few different vets, but Allison Animal Care is the most happy and upbeat, warm and welcoming place that we've ever been to! A definite plus!
Just love Dr. Witherow and her staff. They are courteous and show they care. We've used other vets before and the pups always sense when they were going for a visit and sometimes they panic or were scared but not at Allison's animal care they walk in without a care and sometimes it seems they can't wait to see Dr. Witherow. Best care in all of Savannah!!
Took our dogs for shots and check ups this morning , first visit. Dr. Allison and her Staff were awesome!
I have lived in Savannah for about 7 years and have gone through a handful of vets for various reasons. Dr. Allison and her team were the perfect fit for me and my 3 crazy furkids from the get-go. Unlike other private practices, there is a very short wait before I'm sent back to an exam room, their staff genuinely believes in applying the professional human-animal bond and Dr. Allison always explains the "why" behind her diagnoses thoroughly. I've finally found my vet!
