I had to take my dog into see Allison animal care due to a bad bite on his leg. I was referred by a client of mine who has been taking her cats there and knew the whole crew. From calling her office in the middle of the day she made time for Zeus. Treated him and me I was very distraught having found out that my dog sitter let the dogs fight with each other. Allison is abosultely the best !!! I was referred by a friend and have been extremely satisfied with the care ALL of my animals have received. She goes as far a s to call regularly to check on my 2 new puppies and my 7 yr old lab.

We met Allison when we came to Savannah from South Africa in 2011. We travelled with Maya, our Pekingese, on a 17 hr non-stop flight to ATL. She wasn't doing so well a couple of days after we arrived and not knowing anyone here, called the closest vet to our house. Allison saved our lives when she was at Islands veterinarians! We had a crazy flea infestation that was making our cats sick to the point of losing one. We did not know the problem at first. Our first vet kept telling us it was yellow jaundice. Allison was recommended to us by a friend. She identified the problem immediately and not only gave us a fantastic treatment for each cat but introduced us to a new injection that was a form of birth control for fleas. Dr. Allison has been my vet for years, from Islands to her new office, and I will have all my fur kids (7 cats and a dog) see only her!
