I’ve had pets all of my life and have never met Veterinary staff who are as friendly, knowledgeable and professional as ALL of the ladies at Allison Animal Care. I met Dr. Kral for the first time today when I brought in our new kitten, “Jinx”, and she is an excellent addition to the team! If you have pets, you can’t go wrong trusting their health to the kind and caring hands at this clinic!
Alice was awesome she always took her time with us, and made us feel like the only animals she cared about were our animals and our problems. The staff was amazing too, especially Sarah who we talked to a lot when we were attempting to move our dogs overseas. Thanks to their committment our dogs made it safely. We had limited experience with Dr. Kral but she helped with the forms and it was awesome. It was a little pricey at times, but not a penny wasted.
We love Dr. Allison and the staff! Everyone is so (genuinely) friendly. When we adopted our Great Dane a couple of years ago, we started at a chain vet. They would constantly up-sell us on items and services we didn’t need, and then shame us when we wouldn’t purchase them. Our dog Baxley has been extremely sick the last week and Dr. Maddie and Dr. Allison have been so attentive as we have been in and out of there, the emergency vet and specialists. They call, email and genuinely care how Baxley and we are doing throughout this process. I have never stayed at a Ritz Carlton, but I imagine their customer service to be this attune to their guests. Thank you for helping us during this difficult time. Your team is making it easier!
