We were some of the first to go to see Dr Allison and have been loyal customers and friends since. There is a unusual “caring “ attitude that is not present in others. She knows each of our kitties and they know and trust Dr Allison. We really appreciate Allison and her great staff!
The very best in Savannah hands down! Every member of their staff is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Unfortunately, not all vet visits are positive and they made our sad situation as comfortable as possible. Top notch!

This team of pet-loving individuals couldn’t be more well equipped to handle their customers. Dr. Allison leads an amazing practice. They treat my little lady better than I could ever expect, and they equally create an amazing customer experience for me. If you have any doubts about Allison Animal Care, doubt no more.
The most loving staff! I’m grateful my boy Apollo has gotten to know Dr. Allison and Dr. Maddie as well as the amazing staff over the last few years. They always greet Apollo with the same enthusiasm he has for them (and he has a lot of enthusiasm) and they’re so patient in explaining everything to us. Thank y’all so much!!
Maddie normally takes care of our pup, however we have spoken with Dr. Allison as well, and I can say they both are SO incredibly caring and loving (along with every other staff member). They truly care about your pup!! They find time to fit you in last minute for urgent visits, and are very reasonably priced! I have recommended them to everyone I know in Savannah and will continue to do so because of their amazing staff! Thank you Dr. Maddie, Dr. Allison and the rest of your staff!

Most compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When we were dealing with our kitty Dinglehopper's illness, Dr. Allison and her staff were there for us every step of the way. They make you feel like your animals are their only patients! Do not go anywhere else, they cannot compare!!!!!!!
