These guys couldn't even install a thermostat correct huh?
We have used Koors for several years. We purchased an American Standard system from them several years ago. Shortly after purchasing from them my wife went to work for a competing heating and air company. We are so impressed with them that we still use them for all of our HVAC needs. Jeremy recently completed a unit service and he was wonderful. Would recommend them to anyone that wants honest, polite, and professional service!
This company was terrific. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. They were on time and very professional. I am very happy I chose them for replacement of my entire heating and cooling system. I would definitely refer them to family and friends!!
Beware they don't obtain building permits. How do you know that the work complies with the building code? You've picked a contractor that says they have been in the business for many years, so you figure he must know what he is doing. But does he? With a building permit, at least there is a second set of eyes looking at the work. Faulty installations can cause fires, flood damage and other hazards, and also force you to make costly repairs when you sell your home. We put an ISO for an AC Tech in the neighborhood. Within minutes we had a reply and within 45 minutes a tech showed up. The tech was the owners son and incredibly nice. We had a good conversation as he worked quickly to get things rolling... We went from 74 degrees out of our vents to 51 degrees. I cannot recommend anyone else but them. We plan on using them in the future just based on their family owned model of treating everyone like their neighbors. Thank you guys! Joel and Tayler ******
Air For Less is a great company to do business with. They fix things other companies use as an excuse to sell you a new system. They will tackle any problem and fix for a very reasonable price. They are punctual and will finish what they start while throwing in extras at no additional charge.
I called the office regarding a visit from a technician that left a partially working A/C no longer working at all in my apartment. I was told I'd be waiting a few days for a part with no A/C. I called for more information since I was left with NONE. The owner, Dwayne Young, answered my call. Long story short, the owner was the most rude and unprofessional piece of that company. She spoke to me as the owner of the company. first she has no control over the property she is the tenant.All repair decisions have to go through the management company. We also have to have time to find parts, cost and availability. The tech called the office at 4pm. I called the parts house and they had to find where the parts were. They returned my call at 830am.
