The people at this place are completely incompetent from the "doctors "all the way up to the corporate office. I went to get teeth removed due to an infection in January. Long story short, they tried to extract more teeth than necessary, left a piece of broken tooth in and could not get me in for a follow up appt. I called the Salisbury office due to the fact my left side of my face is swollen the receptionist gave me an appointment on 09/8/2020 I arrived on time I had to sit and wait at least one hour to an hour and half before being seen the young lady that took the x-ray was very professional while I was waiting in the back for the doctor the nursing staff was loud and rude talking about their family life one was talking about her mother. My daughter have her wisdom teeth surgery at riby dental it was a traumatic and terrified experience they never told us they dont used general anesthesia and put to many shots at my daughter this was extremely painful but they didn't care at all he just keep going they surent be treating kinds it was barbaric.
My son had oral surgery yesterday on 8/8/2020 in which ALL four of his wisdom teeth were removed. I was told that his prescription would be ready for me to pick up when we were finished. I went to ***, and of course Ruby Dental hadn't sent the prescription in. I called the dental office and informed them of what was going on, at that time they informed me that the prescription would be sent by 1 or 2 pm on the same day. My 2 kids have an appointment today for a ffup check up and filling. We also came last week for their cleaning but because its towards the end of the day the dentist is not available to do a checkup, hence they scheduled the appointment today (08/18/20) at 2pm. To whom it concerns, I have decided to take my son elsewhere due to the awful service I have received the past year. Last year I had some issues because the day before my sons appointment they called and told me that they made a mistake about scheduling him so late. Awesome office to have dental care given. Azalea at the front desk is very kind and friendly. She made the visit very pleasant and was so helpful in explaining the charges. Dr. Kola was very good with my daughter and was was able to calm her and get her to cooperate with treatment. Highly recommend this office for your family dental needs.
I went in today and the staff was amazing my kids had a cleaning and they had to get some fillings and they took care of all 3 of my kids so we didn't have to come back for 6 months because it hard for us to keep going back and forth we live 1 hour away so it was very convenient for me
I took my kids here and the staff was amazing so nice and helpful they explained everything so well to me definitely coming back
