Benevis has a dentist office in *********** called Pine Dentistry and Braces. After paying for months on a set payment plan they never applied actual braces to my teeth. They put unaffective gear in my mouth and consistantly held off on applying braces to my mouth. They were misleading about treatment. When I reached out for a refund it took (and I do not exaggerate) 2 years to get a PARTIAL refund from them of $700. This refund was an admission that they were wrong. Very displeased with services during a follow-up visit with my 3year old son. Dentist showed a lack of empathy, compassion, and concern toward my son and his teeth. As the dentist cleaned his teeth, my sons gums began bleeding badly. My son was crying and the dentist never acknowledged his discomfort. Instead, she proceeded to brush his teeth, telling me that he has gingivitis. After the brushing, she dabs his teeth with paper towel before shortly exiting the room. Scheduler ******* has given this business a bad name. She will reschedule you then when you show up says you are there on the wrong date. If you happen to get seen they will not have the supplies you need to be serviced being they are in a different city or town. She will not forward you to the office manager and refuses to send an end of treatment form. Please please avoid this place at all costs.

We went to ******* Dental in ******* for my sons regular cleaning and x-rays. It took over an hour to be seen and they had all the chairs blocked off so we couldnt sit in them (February 2022) so I had to sit on the ground. After my sons cleaning, I asked the tech (who looked extremely young) to make sure she got the plaque off his teeth. She informed me that the cleaning brush did that. My bad experience today! I am a currently patient for this office for 6 years . I went today to do a cleaning at 9:30 am then my Braces appointment at 10:30 and a lady that work there ***************************** call me into the office and told me that until I pay 2 months that I owe I was not gonna be seen that day . took my almost 5 yr old to the metairie, la location, his first dentist visit. it was a horrible experience. 1st they had me go back in my car to fill out paperwork bc of covid. then once we went back inside the receptionist said my insurance wasnt approved yet to wait in this room. about 15 min later a very nice ***** assistant (the only lady who acknowledged me or my son and was polite) took my son in the back which she stated mom you may come bc he is under 5. which if he wasnt he would go alone( 1st red flag)absolutely n... read more

The worst. Not even sure if they are in business any longer. I have called 3 times a day for 6 days. Left 5 messages and no call back. I need an extraction and this is probably a sign from above that I do not want them touching my teeth. BEWARE

I waited 2 and a half weeks for a first cleaning appointment on 11/12/21 at the 144 Boston Avenue Bridgeport, Ct location. I approved the appointment via text, got auto texts everyday reminding me of the appointment up to and on the date itself. Took a day off of work for the appointment arrived at the dentist early to find out my appointment was canceled and the receptionist had the gall to lie to me that "someone" had called me to confirm the cancelation @ 7:44 am, never received a call nor is one logged into my phone. but... read more
