Horrible Management at the ********* ******** location. Very rude assistant when I went on my tour of a so called fake interview. The place is run down and very old. This Management took all my personal information knowing she was not going to hire me. Shady
It is Jan 25, 2023 and they REQUIRE face masks (not in the waiting room) but going to the exam room. Since there are hundreds of dentists in the city, I choose to NOT wear a mask and left the office.
They are the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, incompetent group of professionals Ive ever seen. I would not recommend going here to anyone. They have cancelled 3 of my appointments without telling me in the past 3 months. When I did finally get in they were rough and my root canal got infected which sent me to emergency care. I called to try to get help multiple times and they never called back to check on me after or seemed to care at all. I've had such poor service I cannot even believe. I've been bounced around to different locations for over a month with a concern of fully exposed cracked wisdom tooth. And today I was finally seen and told that I have an infection which has been causing me to feel excessive pressure. From my jaw to my nose up to my head. Jubilee dental formally known as coal smiles is the worst place that you can go and take your child. They worked on my childs mouth even though she told him it hurt she was crying and they still pulled out her teeth even though she was crying. Then they told me I had a $53. . After I got my daughter home and settled I called Jubilee and informed them that I had two insurances to cover the bill. This place is horrible! From the front office to the back office it is a complete MESS. My daughter needed a root canal done. Thank goodness we had it done at a specialty office. When we came back to get the crown put on.. mind you this appointment had already been confirmed after sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes they then tell us the crown was not there. This place is horrible. Had braces placed in August 2020. They assured me they had preauthorization from my insurance for adult braces. This was not the case. They never informed my insurance until 2022 when it was time for the braces to come off. I paid all of the patient responsibility based on "insurance payment". My insurance is saying they never received proper information from them (measurements, photos, x-rays) so they are not going to pay anything. I had my teeth pulled and had to go back three times because the first person wasn't capable and then the one who was supposedly capable missed a few things. They didn't recognize that I had bone growth in my gums and needed oral surgery before I got dentist. After four times I figured they were incompetent and went to someone else. My daughter had braces through this company and now that my daughters braces are off u can tell that the brackets were so close to her gums she couldnt brush there and now she needs thousands of dollars of work done on them and they want me to pay no they should pay for it. So I am finding a new dentist for all my children.
