Dr Noble was everything you'd want your doctor to be 😎. He was kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable. I had a very good experience here and I am very picky. *I am editing my review because a lot changed since I wrote it. I've had several HEALTH issues come up and an issue with a refferal this doctor gave me. Today was my first visit and was nervous but once I got to the office Becca went above and beyond with getting me checked in and going over my paper work. Once in Victor and Jill got me setup on my new health journey with answering my questions and truly felt liked they cared. Thanks for a great first time experience.
I always feel safe and supported at Allies. Becky is amazing as are all the staff there! Especially the pharmacy staff and security. Everyone is always so kind and so helpful.
Had an appointment there this morning. Was informed that my insurance policy was showing as inactive and I would need to reschedule or I would possibly get a bill. Instead of calling the number on the back of my insurance card which would have taken them less than 5 minutes, they told me that I would have to call my insurance myself. So I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a very confused insurance representative who clarified that my policy was in fact active and it was an issue on their end.
