The Allied team (on the phone and in person) were always responsive and helpful at explaining processes and expectations. The in person staff was very welcoming.
I have had a lot of closings in my life and I can't recommend this company at all! They are rubber stammers. I wish D.C. required attorney closings like some other states—it would ensure better support and accountability. If complications occur, don't expect assistance from Allied Title; you’ll likely need to hire outside legal counsel, even for matters directly related to your closing."
The customer service at Allied is unmatched! Leah and team are incredibly kind, patient and go above and beyond for agents and clients alike. No one better!!
