The gentleman that worked on my freezer was good. Allied service was the worst I have ever dealt with. When they made me pay overnight shipping to get work done and still took 3 days to show up was ridiculous. It wasn't fixed right. so being under warranty they ordered the part and took a week to get back. Telling me they would be here on Tuesday. Never showed.
