About this business
History Established in 1987. This business was started to support the need for outpatient and in-home PT for patients who had been treated in Raleigh at major medical facilities. Because Teresa Hale our founder saw a greater need Allied very quickly became a multi-discipline rehabilitation facility. We have continued to grow and change to meet the needs of our ever changing community and our patients.

Have been to several other physical therapy offices for the same issue but have never gotten the one-on-one patient care and attention like I got at Allied! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They are truly a great find!
