About this business
History Established in 1987. This business was started to support the need for outpatient and in-home PT for patients who had been treated in Raleigh at major medical facilities. Because Teresa Hale our founder saw a greater need Allied very quickly became a multi-discipline rehabilitation facility. We have continued to grow and change to meet the needs of our ever changing community and our patients.

Our daughter has been with Allied since she was 2 years old - while we have had to change therapists a few times they have all been wonderful. Right now we are with Elizabeth and Kahlie and Janetta adores them both!!
I have been going to Allied Rehab now for over a year due to a stroke. Cindy is fantastic! She gives me the tools and the guidance to allow me to continue to get better. Everyone is professional and very kind! I can't say enough good things about the staff there!!
The folks at Allied Rehab are wonderful! I started with severe cervical and shoulder pain and within a few weeks my pain is virtually gone and my range of motion has improved. Thank you for all the good work.
Allied is my first venture for any type of rehab. In the future I won't need to look for another place. You can't beat the personal service that you get with them. Beth and Jennifer are the absolute best. Very thankful for them both during my ongoing recovery.
We have been going here for a while now. Everyone has always been so nice. My son has autism and he feels at home with everyone that works there. I will always recommend people to go here for their therapy needs.
