About this business
History Established in 1987. This business was started to support the need for outpatient and in-home PT for patients who had been treated in Raleigh at major medical facilities. Because Teresa Hale our founder saw a greater need Allied very quickly became a multi-discipline rehabilitation facility. We have continued to grow and change to meet the needs of our ever changing community and our patients.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They'll work with you to help you set obtainable goals. Very knowledgeable about the subject matter and they explain what they can do to help you with your issues. They actually listen to you describe your pain and offer at home exercises to be used with your therapy. I'd gladly recommend Allied Rehab to anyone.

Allied Rehab is an amazing place. My son has CP and his PT is one of the best around. Beth has a special way with kids and has helped my son over come some of his biggest fears like walking up steps alone and jumping with out any help. They get 5 ⭐️‘s from our family!!!

The best and most knowledgeable staff in town. My mom fell in February and the physical therapist gave us the confidence we needed to get back on track. The occupational therapist showed us different activities to help with everyday tasks. And the speech therapist offered fun games to play for cognitive function. Awesome job guys!
My five year old has been seeing Courtney for several months and his speech has improved so much . He loves going and looks forward to going to speech each week. Friends and Family members are amazed at how much clearer he speaks now after just a few months.
My 3 year old has been coming here for several months now for speech therapy with Elizabeth! She is so kind and makes it fun for kids while they learn. She has made this process so easy and comfortable and love to see her every week! Braylen has gone from saying a handful of words to being able to say any word he wants to try and working on 3 word sentences in just about 5 months!
