Beware! Allied and Viking do not honor warranty. You will get the run-around from Viking pools when you call them. They make excuses rather than send a repair person to fix any issue. If you live in Green Bay or north, Viking Pool will lie and say they are looking for a repairman to service your pool/spa, when in fact they are looking for a way to void the warranty. I would avoid Allied and Viking at all costs.
The only comment we would have is that the delivery people said they would call when they were on their way, they did not, they just showed up. Was a good thing we were home! Jeremy is a real plus to have at your store!!! GREAT person and we can't thank him enough.
Service is excellent
We bought our hot tub here because there are few competitors in this area. The Viking line was a major reason for our purchase. Being able to see the spas and try them for size is another.
