Very disappointed, I have an 82 yo mother with stage 7 dementia/ Alzheimer’s. We were 15 minutes late today due to the difficulty getter her in & out of the car plus the road works at Red Hill, we tried calling but the phone was engaged, we arrived to find our booking was cancelled I understand the booking policy however the last 2 times I took mum and had to wait 15-25 minutes outside, double standards!!!! Very rude receptionist can't get through on the ph for days when she answers she doesn't put hold button on we could hear what she was saying about us not going back
I am a new client and have seen Chris for an assessment and for new orthotics to fit a sandal like the ‘Revere’ that have a removable inner sole.
