Excellent People
Everyone here is very friendly & also very efficient. The receptionist has worked here forever & is always lovely. Appointments are always on time & all the Podiatrist’s are kind, caring & skilful. I come here from Nambucca Heads as the service I get is second to none.
Very disappointed, I have an 82 yo mother with stage 7 dementia/ Alzheimer’s. We were 15 minutes late today due to the difficulty getter her in & out of the car plus the road works at Red Hill, we tried calling but the phone was engaged, we arrived to find our booking was cancelled I understand the booking policy however the last 2 times I took mum and had to wait 15-25 minutes outside, double standards!!!! Got me in last minute and sorted out the issue, would definitely recommend!
Very rude receptionist can't get through on the ph for days when she answers she doesn't put hold button on we could hear what she was saying about us not going back
