Excellent People
Everyone here is very friendly & also very efficient. The receptionist has worked here forever & is always lovely. Appointments are always on time & all the Podiatrist’s are kind, caring & skilful. I come here from Nambucca Heads as the service I get is second to none.
Very disappointed, I have an 82 yo mother with stage 7 dementia/ Alzheimer’s. We were 15 minutes late today due to the difficulty getter her in & out of the car plus the road works at Red Hill, we tried calling but the phone was engaged, we arrived to find our booking was cancelled I understand the booking policy however the last 2 times I took mum and had to wait 15-25 minutes outside, double standards!!!! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A 82 YO at the last stages of life…. I will never visit this heartless so called specialist ag... read more
