Amen Dhyllon , BDS, DDS,MHA,FAGE is the best , he very passionate and patient, gives you a clear understanding of what’s going on with the process. And the staff , so polite . It’s very clean . And it’s always parking .
Originally when I started at this office pre-pandemic the service was great, IDK what happened since. You have to wait three months to even get your question answered. I got my retainers a month ago and lost them. I have been calling the office for 3 weeks to speak with someone and get in the office to obtain a new pair. I have spoken with 5 reps and went to the office twice and days that were told to me they would be open. I paid cash for my braces before treatment even started. I’ve had braces for 2 years and this was my second run getting them. This office is terrible at communications. I used to go to 5th street ( until the doctor changed to this location only so he could only work one day (Monday)) with literally all the same problems, not answering phones EVER, can’t get in contact to make appointments definitely if you miss one so it could be possible not to be seen in like 4/5 months here.
