They never pick their phone up I’ve been trying to make a appointment for weeks
Amen Dhyllon , BDS, DDS,MHA,FAGE is the best , he very passionate and patient, gives you a clear understanding of what’s going on with the process. And the staff , so polite . It’s very clean . And it’s always parking .
Originally when I started at this office pre-pandemic the service was great, IDK what happened since. You have to wait three months to even get your question answered. I got my retainers a month ago and lost them. I have been calling the office for 3 weeks to speak with someone and get in the office to obtain a new pair. I have spoken with 5 reps and went to the office twice and days that were told to me they would be open. I paid cash for my braces before treatment even started.
