Dr. Chaiban and his entire staff in Lake Charles are second to none as it relates to the care they provide for their patients! Dr Chiaban is very attentive to me. He listens to me. I feel like a patient and not a number. I had an injection done by Dr Chiaban and I was monitored before during and after the procedure. His staff is very kind and professional. He works very patiently with you until he finds out what is causing the pain. The wait time is no more than five minutes. Great facility, great staff from the front desk to everyone in the clinic. Dr. Chaiban, nurse Courtney very professional, very knowledgeable; they took the time to explain everything in great detail, different options available, made me feel very comfortable. One of the best pain control clinic.
