This is Dean R. Allen and Nancy Allen. Nancy is the registered owner of Allied Auto Hail Repair, they offer PDR (paintless dent removal) on vehicles. We took my Impala to them to get the hail damaged fixed and ended up with a bigger problem. They removed the hail dents, but left my car with scratches everywhere, dull spots, swirls all over the car, destroyed interior, cracked taillight, loose headlights causing them to have moisture inside the casings. Crooks. I wouldnt deal with them. Especially since Dean is a liar and a known insurance scammer.

I arrived at this local shop with much more than hail damage, expecting to only be able to have it poorly disguised. The employees were honest and up front about the kind of quality that was to be expected from whatever they could do to repair the 12 inches of mashed metal, but we what I received was above and beyond that. Not only were the staff professional and kind, but they went as far as to arrange a ride from their shop to my home once I dropped off my vehicle!
