I have never been to an exercise physiologist before and have enjoyed the experience. I have arthritis in my lower back and right hip which prevents me from being able to do many things. I have been assessed and was pleased with the explanations and recommendations. I also was offered the chance to attend 2 classes. After each class I noticed a considerable difference in the way I was able to move. The pain I experience also is less.
