Would love to give a good review but their customer service is pathetic. Ordered from them and go to pick up our food only to have had the order canceled with no call or anything from the restaurant saying they are closing early. Arrive and are rudely dismissed with not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Not worth the hassle or rudeness, especially with better soul food in the area. Do you self a favor and skip the Clinton ave basement.
Excellent. Was craving soul/southern food and saw Allie B's had great reviews. They weren't lying. I was sent mac & cheese instead of mac salad and it was the best mistake that could have happened. Insanely good. Collard greens were perfect - flavorful and tender, and the chicken wings were crispy and juicy. Was my first time ordering and will not be the last.

Man listen!!!!!! The food is "kiss the cook" good. I walked in and wanted to eat everything!!! You could smell that the food was gonna be great. Hats off to Allie for sharing her gift with us. I loved everything! I'm trying to save some for later but it doesn't look like it will happen.

The fish is to die for, hot, crispy outside, flaky and fresh on the inside. Rich and flavorful potato salad, and a heaping hunk of delicious cornbread. Lightening fast delivery. My soul feels better already.
