I took my daughter to the Godsmack, HaleStorm, Monster truck concert. and the staff was very helpful and friendly. the Security staff did their job to help keep the fans that came to the show safe. I witnessed two of them help three different women get out of the crowd to seek medical attention. one of the guards gave my daughter a guitar pick that fell on the other side of the gate. making her evening that much better. I've been to many concerts in my life and this staff was very well trained and friendly
You guys are FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Locked my keys, phone, tickets and purse in my car this morning. The ticket ladies gave me copy tickets, so I didn't miss my lectures. Doug at the info desk help me call a tow truck (Liberty Towing) was able to get my purse, and everything else. Every one of the volunteers that helped me, Thank You. Everyone of you made my day. This was Sat. at the Quilt show. Thanks again to Doug from the Alliant Energy Center information desk at the quilt show.

Had a great time there just wish traffic would have been better controlled
Attended The Midwest Horse Fair. It is always the perfect place for this huge 3 day event. Plenty of parking, venues in easy walking distance.
