I reported an emergency line down issue, they had someone out with a bucket truck in 30 minutes to fix the issue. The person that came also was super professional and kind. Great service!! Thank you again!
Horrible, horrible service. High rates and flaming pile of garbage website. Two factor authentication is trash, never works. I have wasted over an hour trying to get back into my account with customer service just to pay my bill. Still no luck, guess they will just shut off the power since their website Their security protocols are stricter than a bank so good luck if something doesn't go right or if the account is in your spouses name.
Promptly came out to my house to check a suspected gas leak. Very professional and courteous. There was no leak, apparently it's common for water heaters with no exhaust fan to give a faint gas smell when you turn the temperature up.
What a joke of company. They will charge you every penny they can, refuse service, and then charge you a per day surcharge just for their own existence. And that's the least they've done. The amount of times they've tried to charge people close to a thousand for a month of gas is ridiculous. Go shove that gas back up your anus
