What a joke of company. They will charge you every penny they can, refuse service, and then charge you a per day surcharge just for their own existence. And that's the least they've done. The amount of times they've tried to charge people close to a thousand for a month of gas is ridiculous. Go shove that gas back up your anus
I set up auto pay with them and know for a fact I had money in my account but they just didn't charge me. So now I owe 6 months worth of electric. FU you're a terrible company. I've never heard someone with a pleasant experience with you guys
Can I give zero stars? How can a monopoly company ask how they are doing? Why do they need to waste money advertising? Seriously, how can I get competition in place when Alliant is the ONLY available service?
Worse electric scamming company ever!!! 19% increase ...you are out of your minds and scamming people and taking advantage of them ....so sad and wrong!!!
Their website is absolute garbage. I almost never am able to just pay my bill without having to jump through ridiculous hoops. It Never works on the first attempt. "Contacting" them doesn't work, either. I enter my information and click to send, and just get an error message.
