Wonderful, friendly staff!! Nice office and not a long wait!
I took my 1 yr old in yesterday to be seen we waited 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the back they then put me and my son in a physical therapy room full of exercise equipment and weights. That's completely safe for a 1 yr old. There was other people who were in there 40s that were by themselves don't you think they would've exchanged rooms for my son.. nope when I asked I was given attitude.. no one but parents are allowed in the back.. why? On this past Sunday, my mother called me from Hemet, and she was very sick. I live in San Diego, so I called a facility that does Urgent Care, and they referred me to Alliance because the receptionist said you take Kaiser insurance. I confirmed this on your website which says in multiple locations that you accept Kaiser. I then drove 90 minutes in the rain to get her and bring her to Alliance.
