The doctor, she was pleasant to look at.... she had a good bedside manner, and a gentle touch... very thorough in her examination and very informative with diagnosis... I enjoy the time we spent together

This is my Go To Urgent Care. I'm treated like a patient, not a number. Staff is very friendly and the doctors really care. I've been there a number of times and have not waited for hours & hours. Doctors explain my issues so I can understand them. Would recommend highly!
Really like this urgent care. I rather come here then Apple Urgent. It's always very clean and the Drs and nurses are awesome!! It's pretty fast service too , even when there's alot of people.
I have had terrible experiences here. I have been overcharged numerous times for the office visit then they refuse to prescribe antibiotics for my sinus infection. When I tell them they have overcharged me they get very nasty attitudes. I'm pretty sure they didn't prescribe me antibiotics in retaliation for me bringing up the overcharging. Just overall unprofessional. It's not fun wasting time when you are sick and that is what happened to us many times. (Edited and altered review to reflect most recent experiences)
Staff is always great. Doctors funny and take good care of my girls everytime I take them in. The wait is pretty much like going to the doctors. They get you in fast as they can. Good people here.
