Online pricing is incorrect and they refuse to match it. I brought my boys here for sports physicals because I had a good experience here 3 years prior. I will not be coming back. the staff was less than cordial and the receptionist kept coughing in her hands prior to giving out paperwork and clipboards.
Worst Urgent Care I ever been too. 3 patients walked out so we expected to be called quickly, however the nurse lost our chart after a 2 hour wait we asked when are we going to be next! after 1 nurse puts blame on another they finally got us in the back room. Then when it was time to leave they lost my Drivers License and Insurance card. Awaiting a call back if or when they find it.
worse urgent care ever! the nurse practioner refused to give me an inhaler. says she doesnt do refills. wouldnt prescribe me the steriods i need because 2 weeks ago i had some. and when i asked her why is she refusing she said shes not and as very rude. so they give a sever asthmatic a breathing treatment and sends me on my way no medication to go.
Have used Alliance Urgent care since I moved to Hemet 6 years ago. It's the last time waited 2 days for my x Ray results have called 3 times no return call. I would rather go to the ER and wait so I can get my results. Went because I was in pain after a fall. Still in pain and no call back with my x Ray results.Poor Service.
The nurses are very friendly and helpful as are the drs there
