If you're looking for the best property management or association management company in St. Augustine, you can't go wrong with Alliance.
Management does not work or respond to any homeowners concerns. Many times we have provided est. For new contractors and blankly ignored and hired who they wanted and provided unacceptable service or NONE at all at our cost. Ex: pool now closed down from town..I as a HOMEOWNER and was provided bi laws that none are being followed. I would vote in a new HOA company if we could.

I had an amazing experience at alliance Realty. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I can definitely tell they care about their customers. They really treat you like a person there and not a number
Called twice.First time was told that I need to talk to manager .Put on hold.Short time later was asked to leave phone number due to the fact that manager was on the other line and that I will be called back.Waited for a week.Called again-same nice voice expressed a surprise and promised me that she will send e-mail (!?) AGAIN LOL.No one called since.Month passed.E-mail was left with no reply all the same.
