I completely agree with all the people who have given this company a one-star rating. In my experience, the negative reviews accurately reflect the lack of professionalism, commitment, and competence that I have witnessed from those responsible for managing this HOA. Management does not work or respond to any homeowners concerns. Many times we have provided est. For new contractors and blankly ignored and hired who they wanted and provided unacceptable service or NONE at all at our cost. Ex: pool now closed down from town..I as a HOMEOWNER and was provided bi laws that none are being followed. I would vote in a new HOA company if we could. You say the BOARD makes these decisions.?? This has been the most challenging HOA management company we have worked with. They consistently showed a lack of preparation regarding Florida law and proper procedures, which forced both the board and homeowners to work very hard to correct the issues they created. Alliance assigned contracts without consulting or obtaining proper board approval, which ultimately left our account in a negative balance and did not serve the community’s best interests.
