Management does not work or respond to any homeowners concerns. Many times we have provided est. For new contractors and blankly ignored and hired who they wanted and provided unacceptable service or NONE at all at our cost. This has been the most challenging HOA management company we have worked with. They consistently showed a lack of preparation regarding Florida law and proper procedures, which forced both the board and homeowners to work very hard to correct the issues they created. Alliance assigned contracts without consulting or obtaining proper board approval, which ultimately left our account in a negative balance and did not serve the community’s best interests. Spoke with Bella today who was very helpful, so I’m upgrading my review to 2 star, thanks to her. She deserves 5 stars. but the “Karen” with short hair, who claims to be the PM, and walks around with a foul mouth around residents and children, she needs to be fired yesterday!
