Joanna Wing is a class act. She is always professional and cares about her clients. She will go to bat for anyone who is in the right. I would highly recommend her company for all of your real estate needs.
I strongly suggest that any potential renters moving to the Red Bluff area stay away from this rental company!! We were excellent renters during our 1 year lease, but at the end Alliance Property will not return phone calls or emails inquiring about our deposit. They finally sent us an “invoice” and a check for part of it but stated that there is a “cleaning fee” of $493.00...to be exact the invoice stated 19.5hrs @ $25.00 an hr. do not give them your personal information. they mis- handled mine and just leave peoples packets lying aroun for anybody to see. Very rude and incompetent. once you pay them for credit check, they toss your papers in a pile and only give properties to there friends. they offer no explanation for anything once they collect your money. when i was in there i saw multiple other applicants papers sitting in the open for anybody to see or copy personal information. DO NOT TRUST THEM.....
