Hopefully Chris is on his way out meaning kicking rocks. He’s a racist and his team of puppets are as old as Stone Age. This company sent registered email to board members in a subdivision they don't manage. Are they trying to poach clients. Sad that a business is so sneaky .
Chris is absolutely incompetent. I have been dealing with the main drain in the building backing up into the ground floor unit. Water is filling up the HVAC ducts and he can’t understand why. He beyond his mental capacity in that job and needs to go. Overall staff is grumpy and unhelpful. Never calls back when they say. Next steps are legal remedies.
Chis is a horrible Bully. They don't respect the voting members of Ronne Tree #6. Alliance property management , Chis being the manager treats his employer's the voting members with the worst disrespect when we call in with problems. Chis has a problem following the Bylaws his statement they are old. NEVER!!! even think about using this Management Company so many of our best Condominium owners are moving because of this management company. I only gave them one star because I had to pick one.
