Your customer service by the receptionists is and has been deplorable. Leaving after 20 plus years to find another Doctor! A little lesson in customer service would probably go a long way!
Love this practice but really miss the after hours during the week. If you miss them too write a letter to the office manager to share with the decision makers at Waterbury Hospital to bring them back.
Myself and my family are treated by more than a couple Dr's at Alliance. We've received excellent care, drs are knowledgeable and caring. At least the ones we see are. Obviously I can't speak for all. The people in the Lab who do nloodwork, xrays, etc..are also great. Bonus at Alliance is Chubba's !!see your Dr's. Get bloodwork and have lunch, or breakfast, maybe an early dinner..One stop shopping! Lol
Dr. Jane Cooper, Rheumatologist, is excellent and spends a lot of time with her patients. However, most of the time you have to deal with "ROSA" who answers all your medical calls, etc. She is extremely rude, unknowledgable, and lacks compassion or any kind of caring. If she doesn't like what you are saying she hangs up on you. She is condescending and doesn't follow thru on anything nor does she return your calls.
