Dr Riddhi Shah is the worst doctor. I went to her for years complaining of symptoms with my heart , I go to the cardiologist she referred me to and was basically told I was a fraud. Fast forward I have hypertension and I’m on BP meds. She is the WORST doctor . I got a letter from you telling me she’s leaving the practice when I left your practice years ago.
My daughter and I have both been patients of this practice for as long as I can remember, Linda and Jill are absolutely wonderful, and most of the staff are, however recently since my daughter has been born the office has shown nothing but dirty rooms, unorganized care, we have waited in the room for over 45 minutes, they have told me that a fever of 104 is normal, they have completely disregarded her genetic condition multiple times by throwing away urine samples that should have been sent out and put her at risk, giving he... read more
I got a call to go over blood work. I called at 11:48am, waited on hold for 5 minutes. The hold music stopped, so I hung up and called again. Waited another 10 minutes only for the line to ring once and the call to end. This is a recurring issue with this facility and signals a lack of care and regard for their patients.
Horrible doctor who does not care about or treat his patients.
Best way to put it leaves on the best.One staff I ever deal with for in the medical field, they're courteous, kind and respectful.And when you fall like I did today , they find a way to fit you into their schedule. So if you're looking for a new doctor I would see if they have any openings and go there
