To be fair this is about the Southbury location that just joined the Alliance Group recently. Not about the doctors but the transition into the Alliance Group has been a rocky one for me. The billing department is a nightmare. After several calls and no return call back (even called supervisor directly with no response), I finally reached someone that knew what she was doing. Since the most amazing doctor in the world retired I have been subjected to this garbage office. What a huge mistake I made. I thought because they were affiliated with my old pediatrician they would be good. Avoid this place at all costs, they make even the most routine physical into a high stress situation. Trash.
The pediatric doctors are good, but the bureaucratic ways of the office make simple tasks difficult, highly ineffective. In office communication is sub par. If you call 3 times, you will get 3 different answers from 3 different people who will all call the others mistaken. Used to be better practice. Practical example: When told to pick up finished paperwork for my son at 10, and arriving at 10, am told it won't be ready for 5 days AFTER my appointment to pick up the paperwork? Love AMG Pediatrics Dr. Linda Mathew & Jill Zabit are phenomenal. My kids have been with them since birth! Barb in the front office is a gem. Thank you!
If i could give zero stars i would. This place has done more damage in my life than not and im not one to write these things but the last straw was about a month ago i came in asking for a referral to my ear nose and throat specialist as i felt something wAs wrong w my ears. 4 weeks later i have an ear infection
Best practice ever! All the dr's are great but my kids love seeing Jill Zabit and of course Ms. Debbie. I highly recommend them and always tell my friends and family to switch dr's and join alliance medical group.
I love Dr Harma he is a very gentle caring man who I call and speak to in time of health and personal scares .
