Live in the Topaz Ranch neighbourhood, $700+ a year for HOA fees and they can't even pick up the trash or do some basic weeding? Disgustingly overpriced for the nit picky violations they hand out but can't keep the common spaces clean. This is the definition of double standards.
Outstanding company to work with. They do a great job balancing professionalism and understanding while still enforcing the community guidelines they're hired to manage. I've worked directly with Lexi, and she went above and beyond to help me understand an issue and find a solution. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. hoa here says they will call you back they don’t i called multiple times left messages and no return phone call then they wonder why the neighborhood they manage don’t take there policies serious . i believe the lady name was tonya.
