They are in charge of our HOA for Greendale Grove in Star, ID. They are very responsive, but almost no action. 1) Irrigation pump- it’s been over 2 weeks since the rest of star has been able to water their lawns and there have been issues after issue as to why we don’t have ours yet. These are new lawns, trees, and plants that are drying up. Absolute joke of a management company. They DO NOT represent the people that live in the communities they govern, and I say govern because saying that they manage communities would be a stretch of the imagination that I’m not capable of. This company should be investigated for fraud.
