Absolute joke of a management company. They DO NOT represent the people that live in the communities they govern, and I say govern because saying that they manage communities would be a stretch of the imagination that I’m not capable of. This company should be investigated for fraud.
A great management property company. Patrick and his staff are very knowledgeable. Extremely happy they are our HOA management company.
They aren’t even trying. Between them switching to a new software vendor to communicating dues it is hard to watch. Also my HOA fees go towards snow removal and I haven’t seen them do anything snow removal related.
Tonya has top notch customer service and is super timely in responding back. She gave great feedback and support with the issues I was experiencing.
