We built our home with Alliance two years ago and we don’t have any regrets. Andy and his crew were available to fix any issues that we had and we had very few issues. They went above and beyond our expectations. Our home is beautifully constructed and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend Alliance to anyone considering building a home. They can’t be beat!!!
At first, Andrew Romanowski of Alliance Homes responded quickly to my emails and was very helpful with my proposed real estate transaction. Once a money value was mentioned, however, he began to completely ignore my repeated emails over a 5-week period and I never heard back from him again. As the president of the company, I expected he would provide at least a polite rejection to indicate he no longer felt we could come to agreeable terms on a deal. Why not just tell me he couldn't accept my offer?
Wish they'd stop ripping 100s of trees and greenspace up in Orchard Park. Murphy Rd area looks awful with those cookie cutter homes and now another one popping up where they ripped every tree possible down. We need a moratorium on building. So many beautiful existing builds we can't sell.
