Horrific and nightmarish . I guess 1 star because the program made me. Caregivers would leave and NOT lock the doors. My elderly mother is confined to the bed. I didn't know that I had to request that the aides lock up behind them, even though the door was locked when they came.

I love working for Alliance. They take great care of their employees as well as their clients. I could not ask for a better job. Thank you God and thank you Alliance!
