Alliance Comfort Solutions was contacted on a Wednesday, we needed them to see why our furnace was not heating. As I figured the furnace had seen its days. We received a cost estimate immediately, and was informed that they could start the next day.(Thursday). Being a church this is wonderful to hear, because we would've had a cold sanctuary. The installation crew was there Thursday morning, they worked all Thursday and finished midday Friday. This was greatly appreciated.
Their quality of work, professionalism, and customer service is second to none!
Very happy with the service and help received from Alliance. My furnace completely stopped working overnight, of course on the coldest night of the month so far. Marsha was very friendly and understanding, and had technician at my house same day. Jamie did his best to find the most effective fix for me and with an insane amount of luck, everything I needed was in stock and I had a new system installed next day.
