MAKE SURE YOU KNOWO WHERE YOU'RE GOING Dr. Potz and his associates are either THOUGHTLESS or just plane STUPID!!!! My mom was supposed to have blood work done here this morning at 7:30. I drove up and down the Blvd for 1 hour before stopping to ask where the place was. A gas station man told me it was in the center near Ross. It is unseeable from the street, no sign/address, and there was no directions on the page. Does D. potz think I can read his mind? I have called and left messages multiple times for Dr. Lepar the week of 10/16-10/20/23. The receptionist has forwarded 4 messages, and I left 2 messages (1 for the lab &1 for the nurse). I'm calling on behalf of my mother, Carole Clement, who is waiting for blood work results from 3 weeks ago! It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional that you can't follow up in a timely fashion. So you can expect a visit from me on Monday.
My doctor is excellent. This review is because the masking policy has changed. I never expected that masking would be optional for the staff at a cancer office. When I checked out and asked about the policy the lady told me "my kids and my immune system is down because we masked for too long." Excuse me? The tiny glass partition is supposed to be helpful when I'm trying to avoid an airborne infection? Can someone in charge teach your employees how airborne viruses are spread and make sure they stop lecturing me about immune ... read more
