Therapy team was alright at best. Doing their job. My case manager Elijah is an angel. Besides that overall this institution has caused harm to me, despite the tips on basic distress tolerance I have gleamed. The quality of care is lukewarm to bad at best. I was forced into a "success plan" that included IOP, PHP, or Inpatient or I get kicked out. I was sexually assaulted in inpatient 9 months ago. Allhealth is a great place and you can get help there if you know who to ask or who to contact but sometimes you don’t know how to get the help you need for there is no directory or a way to find the right person. Which can make you feel like you can’t get the help you need. Yet if you ask someone might be able to connect you to the right person it just may take a while is all.
