Absolutely horrifyingly awful treatment by several people on the phone there today. Amanda and two males named J.R. and Rashawn (not sure of spelling). These are just a few of the people that have been a hassle and not disclosing their supervisors when asked. Do some search on their website regarding their company leadership and Board of Directors. Also, call the Department of Public Health and Environment. They have units that take these types of complaints if you have been mistreated or discriminated against.
My care team is awesome. Very compassionate and helpful.
