This company really knows what they are doing to get rid of and keep unwanted pests out of the house. They have a quick response time for emergencies, like with my issue with fleas a few months back. I do wish that the services were cheaper. The people I've talked to on the phone were incredibly nice and informative every time I've talked to them. We've been using Active Pest Control for a couple of years now. I've been nothing but pleased with this company. Shannon, our usual pest service expert, has got to be, in my opinion, the nicest person in the world! His level of communication, knowledge and customer service is unmached in any service industry. If I could give more stars, I would! Shannon and Active Pest Control will definitely be on my christmas card list!
These people hung up on me while I was trying to get the address for them to come out! I called back and got the run-around bs from another technician. I can not recommend them.
