TERRIBLE SERVICE! The scheduling is horrible!!! Don't use them! I was transferred many times, on HOLD 20+ minutes just on one call I made. All they care about is the termite service & getting paid & giving high quotes and NOT doing what we requested on our call for service regarding RODENTS. They take forever to come out, they don't do the service the SAME day. Do NOT use these people.

Mr. Lee came to service my property. He was punctual and very professional. I am very pleased with the work he's done. He did a very thorough job. I feel so much better that he came to be honest. Thank you again Mr. Lee. See you again soon...
