Front desk is very friendly and kind. Pamela is a great provider, she took her time to get to know me and made me feel heard as a patient. You can feel that she cares for all her patients.
Coming to therapy is a hard decision to make in general. Finding a good therapist is even harder. I have found both in Alleviant. From the front office gals to the environment this is a peaceful calming place. The girls are helpful and Kind. My therapist Kylie is AMAZING! She is my calm when I am stressed. She has items to keep my hands busy while I am talking. She gives me ideas to float around in my head rather than answers which helps me think about my situations. I had my first visit with Pamela Guerra… wow is she ever amazing. She is so very understanding and nice, I will definitely be following up with her for a very long time. She listened to me, understood everything, and she is very knowledgeable. Thank god I found her 🩵
