I went to Allergy Specialists for 3 years with no issues until I had a major allergic event in March. Inflammation persisted for weeks afterward, and Dr. Kodoth diagnosed it as environmental allergies and anxiety. She called my psychiatrist and then administered xolair without giving me the informed consent document until after the injection. On 3/31/26, I called my pharmacist to refill my inhaler prescription, the pharmacist told me my prescription had expired and they sent a request to Allergy Specialists. The pharmacist said that once Allergy Specialists approves the refill request they can get the inhalers for me. The pharmacist also recommended that I also call Allergy Specialists to make sure they saw the request.
