Can't say any thing bad about the doctor because I have not met her. However, like many others on this site, I tried to make an appt. I had my Medicare advantage insurance card and driver's license ready and then I could not get an answer. Later I received a call and she asked for my Medicare card. I did not have that handy and have never been asked for it when making a doctor's appt before. My insurance card and license is all I ever need. Edit: After speaking with the office manager, Jennifer, my concerns have been addressed. I am willing to go back and give the practice another shot. Dr. Spuza-Milord is well worth trying to make it work. I look forward to continuing to be a patient of hers for the foreseeable future.

I do not recommend this place. They are extremely unresponsive, and it feels like they do not value other people’s time. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and the overall experience has been very unprofessional. I spent a significant amount of time waiting with no updates or consideration, which reflects poorly on how they handle patients. If you plan to visit this clinic, save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Allergy & Rheumatology Associates, LLC. The office staff is extremely unhelpful and impossible to reach, they never answer phone calls, never call back, and make even the simplest request feel like a hassle. What’s worse is that they repeatedly refuse to complete the prior authorization for my medication, leaving me stuck without the treatment I need. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable care or basic communication.

Horrendous experience. For a year I dealt with this place. They do not answer the phone . I called different times and left messages. No call back. They do not respond in the portal no matter who you message. It’s a bunch of PA reading from a script literally uninformed and 6+ months to see the doctor. The doctor left the room to deal with a co worker, a person opened the door oops sorry looking for the doctor. They are the most unorganized office I have ever seen. And rude to beat it.
