The admin staff here do not have it together. They have broken my labcorp. They also submitted paperwork to my GP that changed my phone number to my work number on epic mychart. My address isn't remotely correct.
doctor (Sonia Bains) was very dismissive of symptoms relating to an allergic reaction to something despite being told that dermatologist and pcp agreed that that's what was happening. told allergy shots would be last resort once all other options exhausted but no other options provided. what was the point of filling out long questionnaire if nothing was addressed on there?!
Friendly staff. But I am not sure how thier ridiculous pricing and cost structure is justified to the patient community. All I did was a simple allergy testing and was informed within 15 min that I have no pollen or ragweed allergies. They provided no test results or patient visit summary. It was not a lot of work for them with no major lab diagnosis involved. But the bill was over $1000. Its just very concerning where we are headed as a society with such unfair and poorly functioning healthcare practices.
