I love the service from the staff and dr. here! I like the Irvine location the best!
This place is a joke. They claim to take my insurance but my insurance says they do not come up as providers in their system. I've worked in healthcare for over 10 years and if you truly care about your patients and the quality of care, you will make that simple phone call to the insurance to figure out where the disconnect is so the patient can be seen. Front desk service on purpose hang off the phone call
They say I don't have allergies at all, but the ER docs, my ENT, and my Primary care doc would all very much disagree with them since it was them that suggested I go here and now I'm stuck with no answers.
