I was told that your offices have been compromised by COVID-19. WHY ARE YOU STILL OPEN? Your group and the Watkinsville group should have closed 2 weeks ago.
The doctor is amazing but his nurse Tracy was the rudest person ever. Even started her sentence with "Not trying to be rude but I can't help what the doctor told you I'm not going to schedule the testing you will have to see the doctor again and have him put it down to be scheduled " excuse me you are very rude! He said I would be contacted to set up testing and then I got her rude mouth telling me no make another appointment.
Don’t show up at 4:32 on Friday they will not give you a shot past 4:30. SMH!
Dr. Firschein and his entire staff are wonderful and courteous and professional. They have helped my hives when other doctors could not and did not care. Some said it was my imigination and did not care. Thank You Dr. Firschein, great nurses,staff."
