We just moved to Fredericksburg and a new friend recommended this dentist. We were welcomed with a friendly receptionist. The dental hygienist was warm and careful about her work so as to not cause discomfort. Dr. Cheng was knowledgeable and good at communicating the condition of my teeth. I am glad to have found a good dentist here.
Had the misfortune of cracking a tooth that had a cavity since I was a 1st time customer I was not on the schedule after explaining my situation the friendly lady on the phone got me in the very next day everyone working were very pleasant and thorough the dentist explained everything to me and told me my options a short while later I was home felt better than new this was a great experience and a top notch physicality thank you and your staff for the great experience.
We have been with Dr Cheng at Battlefield Dental just a few months. Have had two cleanings and a crown placed. All visits have been painless and efficient. After moving here from New Mexico I never thought I would find a dentist I liked and trusted, but I have at Battlefield. Everyone from dentist to staff are absolutely great.

I switched dentists for insurance reasons.. our family SHOULD have done it much earlier due to better care and service!! Highly recommended, I decided to give them a try and have LOVED their attitude, service, patient care from every aspect of the office. Do your self & family a favor... go see this office!!!!!
Great service, they get to you at the appointment time and explain any doubts you can have. The assistants are nice and the doctor knows his material.
I had a hard time getting comfortable in the dentist chair. I have a chronic low back issue, and I cannot do the exercise of laying on my stomach and raising my head and feet. The chair gave me a similar feeling. The lumbar support was too high and rigid and put pressure on the spine. After trying different positions, we completed the appointment, but I was never comfortable.
Very professional and gentle cleaning/examination
Dr. Cheng and Chelsea (as well as the receptionist) were great. I wasn't pressured to accept a procedure that would have been excessive and expensive. They ensured my health, safety and well being were in tact.
